This is just a starter/example menu, there are so many more recipes just waiting for you to try.
Pick and choose your menu items. Items that can be prepared Heart Healthy will have (HH) by it. Heart Healthy menu item costs will be discussed if these items are desired. If you decide you want to eat healthy please ask me about the costs or other options on making your desired meals not only healthy but affordable.
Also, some menu items can be prepared for you to cook. Which means, I will do all the prep work and all you have to do is cook it on the grill or however you so choose. Talk with me, YOUR Personal Chef about this option.

Layers of tortillas and a special chili mix with lots of ooey gooey cheese baked to blend all the flavors. Delicious when served and topped with guacamole, sour cream and fresh salsa.
Baby Back Spicy BBQ Ribs
Seasoned with Christine’s secret blend of spices and herbs these Ribs are DE-LISH! Great sidekicks for these awesome ribs are a Garden Stuffed potato and southern style baked mac-n-cheese.
Turkey and Dressing
(HH) This is a unique twist to the traditional turkey and dressing. Turkey breast is stuffed with a cornbread stuffing then wrapped in slices of tasty prosciutto then baked until done. A complimentary gravy made from deglazing the pan and fresh mushrooms makes this dish, off the chain! Delish with the Twice baked sweet potato in a half shell and the Collards as sides.
