Meals will be changed each Wednesday by 9pm.
All selections must be submitted by 10pm Friday.
IMPORTANT NOTES - PLEASE READ
> Once you make your selections, I will send you an invoice with your total due. Please pay by
10pm Saturday. You can follow the Paypal link in the invoice to make your payment.
> All meals will be made fresh on either Monday or Tuesday (your choice, based on available
slots). There are only 3 slots available for each day depending on each family's order size.
>Then on your day of service, the meals will be ready for pick-up between 5pm - 7pm.
Delivery is available after 7 (or after all other orders have been picked up). $10 Delivery fee
will be applied. Please indicate if you need delivery or will be able to pick up your meals in
the form below and if you need delivery, provide your address in Special Notes in the form.

Lunch Salads...........$8 each
Professional Fee.......$50 each order submission

*The Professional Fee is to cover the costs of the containers and Chef's creative time of cooking your
delicious and healthy meals. There is a container exchange credit of $10 that can be applied if you
return all the containers each week, this is for meals packed individually only.
To select your meals:
Please type in "F" for Family Meals and/or "I" for Individual Meals with the quantity of each desired preceding the letter.
Example: If you want 1 Family meal and 3 individual meals, then you would type in 1F, 3I under your selection. Please do this for each desired selection.
Special Notes:This is where you can fine tune your meal service, let me know of any food sensitivities or major dislikes, request some minor changes or additions. Please remember that the menu offered is to help keep both YOUR costs and MY time consistent.
