Meals will be changed each Wednesday.
All selections must be made by 10pm Friday.

IMPORTANT NOTES - PLEASE READ

>Once you make your selections, I will send you an invoice with your total due. This must be
   paid by 10pm Saturday. You can follow the Paypal link in the invoice to make your payment.

>All meals will be made fresh on either Monday or Tuesday (your choice). There are only 4
  slots available for each day. Then on the day you choose, the meals will be ready for pick-up
  between 5pm - 7pm. Delivery is available after 7 (or after all other orders have been picked
  up). Delivery fee will be applied. Please indicate if you need delivery or will be able to pick up
  your meals in the form below.

PRICING: Individual servings...$10 each
               Family Pack for 4.....$35 each
               Lunch Salads...........$8 each
               Professional Fee.......$75 for every order/week
               Delivery..................$10

*The Professional Fee is to cover the costs of the containers and Chef's creative time of cooking your
  delicious and healthy meals. There is a container exchange credit of $15 that can be applied if you
  return all the containers each week.

Lunch Salads: Packed individually. If you want more than one of each salad, please indicate quantity in the next section below (Each salad will be made with spring mix, and may have cucumber, tomato, cheese, boiled egg and croutons plus anyting else that will make your salad complete.)
